Another Official Update on invoices!!!

Hey there everybody! We have been really busy here at the Hawk Shop doing our best to keep up with timelines, so I first wanted to thank all of you who have been posting about where we have been as far as invoices sent and shipped, it has been a big help! Secondly I wanted to give an official update as to the the last invoice sent out which was AB-2459 about 5 days ago. We have still been having issues with DLC and supply chain for some materials, but everyone is putting in extra time to ensure it doesn't effect all of you who have been so patient with us. Thank you!!

Question, will I receive an email when it is shipped? I have been invoiced. I was #AB-2439 and now I am #2697. This would be my first Hawk knife. According to YouTube reviewers, the Hawks make top shelf products. I am a Microtech fan, I hold them in high regards. So, have great anticipation for this Hawk knife.

Hello Anthony! The first order number is your deposit number and the second is for your final invoice from PayPal, so no worries on them not matching up. After the final invoices are sent out it takes two to three weeks for shipping to occur, giving us time to sharpen, clean, and box your Model C. Once a label is created for your Deadlock, you should automatically receive an email from "Shipstation" that has your tracking information and details. I went ahead and updated your order to get direct tracking once the label is created though for your peace of mind. Hey, my invoice number was AB-2419 and I haven’t received an invoice yet. I see this update says you are up to 2459 and I was wondering if I have accidentally deleted an email or something has gone wrong over automated email. Thanks, Noah

#AB-2414 just received my knife! Started getting real antsy toward the end of this wait but it is worth the wait. Beautiful knife. Mine came extremely sharp right out the box. Love it!! Thanks Hawk team! I understand the supply chain challenges. Open communication is key. Jesus Loves you
