* Q: How can I place an order for a Deadlock?  A: We take all of our Deadlocks orders via our OTF newsletter, which you can subscribe to by clicking on the "Deadlock" tab in the navigation bar. Demand for Deadlocks is crazy high, and we do our best to ensure that the ordering process is as fair as possible, so we sell everything on a first come, first serve basis. I will announce all pertinent ordering information via the newsletter and our text message updates once details are finalized. I will also let you know exactly what day and time the books will open so you're prepared. 

• Q: I have a Deadock on order, when can I expect it to ship?

A: We are currently working our way through batch 9 by design option. You can click the "Updates" link in the navigation bar to go to our Updates Blog. I try to keep it as up to date as possible regarding where we are at in production and estimated ship times. 

• Q: When will you be taking more Deadlock orders?

 A: Most likely end of 2021

• Q: Will you be making more Damascus/ Damasteel Deadlocks?

A: Yes! Details have not been finalized, but we do plan on making more Deadlocks with fancier materials such as this. 

• Q: What designs do you have available apart from Deadlocks? 

A: Right now we are only focusing on Deadlock production. We've spent the last couple of years transitioning from an R&D shop to a production shop, which has meant purchasing new machines and hiring employees. Due to demand, we've decided to keep our focus on Deadlock production.

• Q: Will you be making more manual or auto M.U.D.Ds? 

A: We have decided to permanently discontinue the manual and auto M.U.D.D.s

• Q: Will you be making more Orbits? 

A: Yes! Orbit talks are happening and we hope to do another run with Serge Panchenko within the next couple of years.

• Q: Do you have merchandise available for purchase?

A: Yes! You can purchase tumblers, chapstick, or Hawk Knives mousepads by going to the "Merchandise" tab in the navigation bar. Soon we will have stickers and apparel available as well.

• Q: Do you have a warranty for factory knives?

A: Yes, but not for all of them. We can do warranty work for any Kershaw or ZT design of ours. Factory knife warranty work you will need to pay for though, were as any custom knife warranty fix is free. Price depends on what needs done.
